Do you mean you were over charged at the pump or something?

If you live in the US:

If is is a malfunction with the pumps and they are not calibrated correctly, make a complaint to your state's Attorney Generals Office. The state has agencies (usually your state's department of agriculture) that are in charge of being sure the pumps are accurate.

If you are telling me that the station ripped you off some how, like you gave them 20 bucks to fill up and it only took 15 and they refuse to give you your money back... That is Theft on the part of the employee and you would call the local police.

Like the guy above me said, it is the weights and measures dept. Go to the station and look at the pump. There will be a sticker on it that even has the guy's name that did the inspection.

THE STATE YOU ARE IN HAS A WEIGHTS AND MEASURES DEPARTMENT.
THEY AFFIX A STICKER YEARLY, AFTER BEING TESTED, TO SHOW THE PUMPS ARE ACCURATE WHEN THEY SHOW WHAT WAS DISPENSED FROM THE PUMP TO THE CAR.

REPORT THIS STATION TO THE STATE.
