Is it true that when you enter you pin backwards at a cash machine in the UK the police are called? Just wondering because my pin is close to being pallindromic so it would be easy to do it by accident...

Thanks guys. One of my mates told me and he has a habit of coming out with rubbish so I thought I'd double check.

No, and for good reasons. First, if you are under stress, do you think you could punch a PIN forwards, let alone backwards? Second, you mentioned.... what if your PIN is the same forward and backwards, such as 1221.

There is a link to snopes I included with more info.
