When i asked this guy once he made himself seem available and said that he did'nt know me that well so try to get to know him but seems like i scared him but the second time i asked now he says his taken this time i asked through a letter is it me. i did left him alone but when i do he tries to get my attention again

OMG! He's just not that into to you or else he wouldn't be playing games... don't bother anymore, ignore him and don't put anymore energy into this, certainly not worth it.

Leave him alone. Let him play his childish way of playing hard-to-get. Flirt with other guys when h is watching, just don't let him know you are watching, but don't do it to oftenly. Just let him no that you will not stay single long.

He is really just not into you and he is trying to play games with you. Your to good for that kind of mess so move on and hold your head up You deserve better then that.

He is playing games with you. Find a different guy. I think you should just be this guys friend, I dont think its meant to be with him. There is someone better out there anyway.

It seems to me he just wants to be friends. Back off from asking him out and be a friend to him. Ball's in his court wrt dating, etc.
