Beef is the only way to make a burger. Anything else is just a patty of meat.

Turkey for me. I mostly eat turkey burgers as that is what I buy at th grocery store. They aren't dry when yo prepare them right.
But I will eat a nice juicy beef burger every once and awhile.

Turkey burgers are a great alternative if you are watching those pounds. Pour a little worstechier sauce into the ground turkey, add some landrys seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic. Tastes great!

Turkey here. They aren't dry if you know how to make 'em. I enjoy beef if that is what is offered if I'm at gathering... as long as it's not fast food, or previously frozen patties. It has to be fresh made.
