Well I may not be able to help you much, but you can vary up your versions of these things and get some variety. You can also just spice it up and put it in a sandwich.
There are tuna patties, they have egg, flour, cornmeal, etc, you make them into burger shapes and fry them in oil. Really good.
Anyway.
Tuna is great in box mac and cheese, add a handful of frozen peas.
It makes a great macaroni salad. Use shells or any smallish pasta, cooked and drained. Add mayo, tuna, celery, cheese, etc.
For variations on tuna salad, use something besides mayo for about half the amount. You can try ranch dressing, mustard or honey mustard, or any type of salad dressing.
You can sprinkle it in a green salad.
You can serve your traditional tuna salad with any bread, including tortillas, bagels, and pita, as well as any cheese. You can make a hot grilled cheese with tuna inside.

My husband makes this soup that I can't stand. (I hate the smell of tuna) He takes a package of the fresh udon noodles (it's a ramen type soup, but fresh noodles instead of dried). He cookes the noodles and adds the seasoning packet, drains off most of the broth and adds his tuna. I think it's so gross because the tuna just smells up the whole house. He thinks it's funny because I hate it so much.
