Which one taste better? Is speed more important then flavor?

Charcoal definitely tastes better. Many people, myself included, are of the opinion that bbqing on a gas grill is NOT really bbqing, its just grilling. So if you want reall bbq flavor, stick with charcoal or even wood.

That said, sometimes you just want to grill a burger right quick, everyone does. It is fine, you just won't get that great smoky flavor.

Personally, I do both, depending on my mood.

Great question! There are very good arguments for both. I prefer the ease and speed of gas but missed the classic flavor obtained by charcol. What I have taken to doing in the past couple of years is buying a kit (contains a stainless steel container and bag of wood chips) and smoking it while BBQ chicken, steak, pork etc.

It has brought some of that classic flavor back.

Flavor is the most important part of BBQs!!!

It's better to wait and be so hungry, when you get that first bit of that delicious burger it will taste sooo good!

FLAVOR is always number 1!

I love the charcoal better on my food vs. the nasty propane gas.
