I bought a 6 pack of revolution flea and heartworm, not realizing how fast my puppy would grow. I have the 10 - 20lb pack and she is about 35 lbs. She is due today for her next dose but I won't be getting the next size up for another week or so. Can I give her two doses of the 10-20lb to give her enough to be affective or will that be too much/hurt her? Thanks.

This should be OK, but please do check it with your vet - never accept the OK from strangers over the internet!!! You wouldn't forgive yourself if something happened, you should only ever rely on the advice of your vet.

But I've never heard of 'really bad things' happening to people who put too much Revolution on, it's a very safe product. Also, if your dog is 35lb then two pipettes of the 10-20lb stuff would not be an overdose - but as I say, please confirm this with your vet, it's only a phone call.

Yes! You just can't "save" any for next months dose once it is open. 2 of those should be perfect.

You can give her two, it's not going to hurt her.
