So I'm flying to Florida, and I'm wondering if I can pack my make up and my 'travel kit' which carries my deodrant, toothpaste, toothbrush, face wash, shampoo and conditener. (The shampoo, conditoner, toothpaste, and deodrant are all mini.) And my face wash is under 16oz. So is this allowed to be in my luggage? It wouldn't be in my carry on tote, but just in my normal suite case.

That should be fine. I don't think there is a limit on your regular luggage...only the carry-on. To be sure, there should be a 1-800 number on your tickets that you can call to verify.

Yep your supposed to put all liquids in your luggage, the bag that you check in. I wouldnt put any kind of liquids in your carry on, not even lip gloss because they stop you for the strangest things! As long as its in your bag that you are checking, you are totally fine
