Yes, yes, yes. Went to a fortune teller a couple of months ago on the boardwalk in Asbury Park, NJ. It was fun.

I used to be a religious Catholic and after some years I am now just a spiritual person. I believe there is a force out there that connects us all and provides for us some sort of destiny that we all fulfill eventually, whether it means that we will simply marry and settle down with a stable job or whether we are meant to travel the world and make a monumental change. Therefore, I do believe that some things in our life can be "magical" ---something unexplainable and wonderful that occurs. Some people might call that a miracle. In terms of astrology I do think that a lot of people fit under those categories (especially since my culture does refer to them a lot) but I definitely do not read my horoscope. I cannot trust a magazine writer who has to pump out a horoscope each month to determine what will happen. Regarding a fortune teller, I am HIGHLY intrigued by the idea of going, but I'm too afraid. I know that I would definitely remember every single thing that was said/predicted and might up molding my life to fit the prediction rather than letting things play out naturally. However, I'm so tempted!

I believe in magic and practice magic but not the kind of magic you are talking about. Some people think of magic as a way to supernaturally control things or to see into the future--but these are little, superstitious folk concepts and what they call "magical thinking" in psychology. People the world over have thought in this "irrational" way since the beginning of time and will continue to do so despite "science and reason." That's OK. It part of the fun of being human. Magic--like most forms of spirituality and mysticism--is a way of transforming ones one consciousnessness and, thus, having a new and empowered orientation to one's own life. Indeed, many aspects of organized religion are "magical" though organized religions make a distinction between their own rites, beliefs, practices, and what might be considered "magical" practices.

I don't believe in magic. I watched the show that revealed how they do their tricks. And dare any spell caster to curse me and do their worst.

I sometimes stumble on the horoscope in the newspaper or online, but I only find it's vague generalizations amusing not enlightening. It's no more accurate than a fortune cookie.

I have gone to a fortune teller just out of curiosity but I think I just got swindled out of my money. She told me nothing specific about my life and her predictions for my life were dead wrong.

I would go to a fortune teller just to hear the ridiculous answers. No one and nothing truly knows the future. The best thing to do is live life day-by-day on the basis of personal morals and such.

I used to follow horoscopes until I realized that I was basing too much of my decisions on them. Don't let something tell you what to do! Do what you want.

I did it for a laugh, now not anticipating any truly solutions nor for the only to disclose whatever approximately me. Usually, except the Palm reader is reliable that's the ONLY method you will have to see what they are saying. Fortunes are made, now not anticipated. And the long run is consistently in "flux", consistently exchanging so what's instructed in the future would possibly not come real on the grounds that of choices you are making alongside the way in which. In the top YOU are the one that determines your long term, now not any individual else. Divination of any form is only a device to peer chances, NOT absolutes.
