Unconditional love is the love where negativity is involved, but the power of love binds together, regardless if the situation turns out positive or negative afterwards.

I believe we see unconditional love more than the general display of love we hear and read about. For example, an drug addict who hurts the family by lying and stealing, yet the family tries hard to help this person, even when they don't want the help or doesn't want to help themselves.

Yes, if a person is truly borned again he will have love just as Christ has love. In fact this is the major way to tell if a person has really been saved. If they have they will love everyone just like Christ, if they don't then they weren't truly saved, and if they once did but no longer, then they need to go back and pray through.

Jhn 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one TO another.

No Even Jesus got mad at the money changers in Gods house . As he was turning over the tables yelling at the people there was no love there . Just as God Is going to destroy satin that was once his favorite angel there has got to be an end somewhere

Yes. A love between most parents and their children ( notice I said most).

Now I'm a christian, and i believe, but doesn't God put certain restrictions on what we are to do. Only Jesus gave his life for us. But he to put limitations on us for his love. (don't you have to believe in both to be saved) that's not unconditional love.
sorry fellow Christians but the truth is the truth.

My Mom's love was absolutely unconditional.

I, my brother or my sisters could have turned out to be mass murderers, and she still would have loved us!
