my 18 year old sis just got back from fl she was with a guy she been with since 8th grade and now he doesn't care bout her he hangs out till 2 in the morning and hides his phone so she cant c it ... she might want to go back but he used to hit her .. i need a way 2 get her to stay what do i tell her?

first off i would beat the sh*t out of the bf for hitting me sister. second, if shes been with him for about 4 years then its gonna be hard for her to let go of him. this is problably her first real long term relationship & the first one is the toughest to forget. my advice is just to talk to her about it and remind her of what hes like.

Talk to her about this guy and be open and honest.
Ask her if she lost her virginity to him. If she did, it may be that she's simply holding on to him because he was her first (girls have a tendency to confuse love with sex). If this is the case, tell her she will be no less of a person for leaving him and finding someone more suitable.
Give her a couple of shots to raise her self-esteem. Girls who stay with abusive guys tend to stay because they believe nobody else will want them. This is especially true if she has lost her virginity to him. Tell her she deserves a guy who will treat her right, not hit her and hide his phone from her.
Ask her why she thinks this guy hides his phone from her, then tell her the truth: he is hiding his phone from her because he doesn't want her to see all the girls he's been messing around with.
Tell your sister why you want her stay. Tell her how much better her life would be if she stayed versus if she went to live with that guy.

Her situation will not improve until she moves on to find herself a new boyfriend. She needs to kick his little thug fanny to the curb.
This guy is pretty obviously trolling for new game.
The fact that he hits her means that he will continue hitting her... harder each time.
She needs to cut him loose and move on with her life. She will meet much more positive people at a local community college or at work.
