Sausages (trying to figure out calories please & thanks)?

Question

walls, it's a 450g bag
and per 100g theres 331calories
theres 8 sausages in a pack
so whats that per sausage?

In addition to calories, sausage is also generally laden with fat and grease. Ick. (After you cook one and it's greasy, wrap a paper napkin around it. Then think of the sausage doing that to your insides. I used to degrease my pizza that way when I still ate conventional restaurant pizza.)

if you meant there's 8 sausages in a 450g bag then there's 186 per sausage

dont even bother doing the math. avoid the sausages.... always!
