i've had my kidney stones for like 6 months...but...2 days ago, my stomach started hurting..and im an addict to popping my back..when i did, i got a sharp pain in my back where my kidneys are...what could this be...it now hurts any way i move...

you probably shifted the stones so one or more fell into the renal pelvis, time to see your doctor, those stones could obstruct the flow of urine, causing the kidney to swell and be damaged.

You need to see a second opinion. There is no reason for those stones to still be there after 6 months. The doctor should have done surgery to take them out. Leaving stones can cause serious kidney damage.
