i need pictures of dogs bought from breeders. (perf. purebred, not designer mutts...)

just general pictures.
here is what i am doing.:
we have plenty of purebreds that come in and out of kill shelters and rescues in our area (mainly due to byb)
at our next event we are going to make a poster "guess which was adopted" and put picts of dogs bought and adopted to see if anyone can tell the diff. (you usually cant!)

She came from a great breeder, has a nice pedigree (you can't tell so much on the dam's side because the AKC pedigree only reports AKC registered champions, so the Canadian/English/etc. dogs are just listed with their registration numbers. the dam is an import from Canada): http://www.areakode.com/abbyful/segami/puppy/ped/josie_pedigree.htm

They don't take submissions. There are two ways it happens. First, someone at the dog food company can just hire a photographer, and hire a dog from an animal talent agency for the shoot. Alternately (and probably most often) they simply buy a stock image of a suitable dog and put that on the product.

Hi, I can't dig up pictures while I'm at work, so I'm starring this to do later tonight.
You may want to consider looking up various breeds through their National Breed Club. The likelihood is, you'll get better quality.
Also, are you looking for show photos or just general pictures?

this is my purebred yorkie...his name is petey!
it says teddy because he looked like one....but decided on naming him Petey!
