I flicked my hair when I walked past this guy who is 2 years older than me in school to try and get his attention and he just stared at me for about 5 seconds like he was thinking about something and then he said "do your tie up a bit there" and he did my tie up for me.
Why did he do this?
Does it mean anything?

ah... I don't ... know, it's not really enough information, depends on the guy too, I'd say probably, but guys in grade school will jump on anything anyhow so I wouldn't worry about it.
