While things are working out between you and the other person it is OK as long as you are discreet about it. If too many people get to know it could become a disciplinary point. When the two of you decide that the fling is over then that is when everything will go wrong. Maybe recriminations or regrets. This could cause trouble and you both end up getting the sack.
