not forward but it shows shes a good learner - encourage her where you can - i can't rememeber when my son started doing that .
Try her with letters and numebers and just keep doing what your doing :)
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you hang my first painting on the refrigerator, and I immediately wanted to paint another one.
When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you feed a stray cat, and I learned that it was good to be kind to animals.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you make my favourite cake for me and I learned that the little things can be the special things in life.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you make a meal and take it to a friend who was sick, and I learned that we all have to help take care of each other.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you give of your time and money to help people who had nothing and I learned that those who have something should give to those who don't.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw you take care of our house and everyone in it and I learned we have to take care of what we are given.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw how you handled your responsibilities, even when you didn't feel good and I learned that I would have to be responsible when I grow up.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw tears come from your eyes and I learned that sometimes things hurt, but it's all right to cry.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I saw that you cared and I wanted to be everything that I could be.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I learned most of life's lessons that I need to know to be a good and productive person when I grow up.
When you thought I wasn't looking, I looked at you and wanted to say, "Thanks for all the things I saw when you thought I wasn't looking."
Little eyes see a lot.

Yes this is quite normal for a 15 month old to be doing this, I think I would be worried if she were not. At that age and from now on they are like a sponge, say you go shopping with her in the pram or go for walks talk to her about every thing. Go to the library with her let her look at books it is never too early to do anything like that with her. Good luck in all you do.

There is no "right age" for doing things as a child. It is simply that some children learn some things quicker than others. I think that without realising it you have actually been teaching her. When you say things like "Let me brush your hair." and then you brush it "Let me wipe your runny nose." and you wipe it - it's not rocket science. Encourage her to learn anything.

I would say this is normal behaviour for her age....but all children develop at there own pace, im sure all 4 of my children where doing just the same at that age, its great when they do animal sounds when you ask them what a dog or a cat etc says :-)

Children this age are mimics--they see something and they do it--they learn from play and daily life. I'm sure you've played with her, bathed her, brushed her teeth, combed her hair, wiped her nose, shaded her eyes, etc.....be careful--next thing she'll do is say EVERY word you say--even those not to nice words!

She learned it from somewhere. Who watches her during the day? Do you have a nanny? because chances are it's just your caregiver being a great caregiver. But otherwise normal.
