Regular sodas are full of sugar. All soda is fat free, but the sugar will make you fat. Choose calorie-free sodas, not fat free.

Nope. The sweetener in Pepsi Max is not good for you in large quantities or over long periods of time. Try to get off it, or only have it every now and then. Rather than every day. More calories in than out will make you fat. You can eat whatever you like, but if you don't burn it all off, you will get fat. And avoid high fructose corn syrup (used as a sweetener). And Trans fats. The HF Corn Syrup is very sweet but if you don't burn it off straight after you consume it, then you might as well be pouring fat into your body. Cellulite is just the build up of fat. Even catwalk models have cellulite. Its the way your body is put together. Women's body's fat is like a diamond pattern, so the fat just settles there and you get cellulite. Whereas men's body's fat is like a square pattern, so they just get fat but don't get the cellulite effect (as much, if at all). Best way to avoid cellulite is to stay thin, and get a vigorous massage (movements towards the heart to aid the lymphatic system) where you have cellulite while you are hanging upside down.

True, there aren't any fat calories in sodas. However, they are empty calories; they have no nutrients and having too many of them does contribute to health problems. If you have 1 soda per day that is an extra 15 pounds per year. Basically, it is good to eat calories as long as it gives you energy. Sodas only slow a person down in the process of excercising which leads to weight gain.

Soft drinks have no fat, but they are loaded with sugar, which is carbohydrates. Empty calories like processed sugar can make you fat.
Fat content doesn't necessarily have anything to do with putting on body fat.
Eating too many carbohydrates and processed sugars will pack on the pounds.

Yes!
They contain chemicals that triggers your body to hold onto fat. They also make you hungry and so you'll eat more which means more calories, which means you could gain weight. Try to stay away from sodas and any diet drinks.

they are usually loaded with sodium or carbs which isnt good for your body. sodium will make you retain water. carbs your body needs for fuels, and if it isnt used then they just get stored.

the idea behind diet soda making you fat is usually because someone will think they can eat more since they are only having a diet soda....
