do you want to "ground" (grind) it or brown it?
i don't grind my own, i just buy it already ground at the store, then I brown it in a skillet on top of the stove and add it to sloppy joes or hamburger helper or spaghetti or tacos or soup or hamburger casserole.

You can use your food processor...just cube up the meat, and throw it in and blitz it till it's coarse-ground. That's how I like it, there is a lot more texture to it.

I use a grinding attachement for my KA stand mixer. You can also use one of these: http://www.acemart.com/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=AM&Product_Code=UPI810MG&cm_ven=BizRate&cm_cat=CPC&cm_pla=18004500&cm_ite=Meat_Grinder_Manual_Clamp_Mounted_(UPI810MG)
