Imagine for a moment that people who believe in astrology are the majority in the US. Assume also that a fundamentalist group of astrologists exists, similar to the Christian Right, who want to make laws to enforce their beliefs.
What would those laws be?

Replace astronomy classes with astrology classes in schools.
Require marriages to adhere to astrology. For example, no Sagittarius-Taurus marriage, if astrologers believe they're incompatible. (I don't know what is supposed to be compatible with what.)

I know of no laws of the Christian right that are being put forth to enforce their beliefs.
However,
SO what. We are a government of the people for the people by the people. If the majority of the people want to make laws, then let the will of the people work within the powers of our constitution.

Did you know that Ronald Reagan believed in astrology..Did you know that Astrologist are FREE to try to change and make laws! You are free to take up your political challenge and due process..and make a law ...Don't blame Christians and Jews if they exercise the franchise and vote. Do you know how a law is made in your country..how it's ratified?

Virgos would be banned from beauty pageants.
Cancers would be given Valium on a regular basis.
