hi iam physiotherapist and ytoga instructer....100 grms of banana has 36 calories and u can estimate now how many grams banana u eat that much calories u will gain...banana is rich in potsiuam and carbohidrates...and it has good qualitys like improves digestion and aviod ulcers in stomach and cures acdity also ...all the best
