I cant afford the doctor right now,but any ideas what I could have ? and what to take ?

You have the flu. Sip on water and 7-up until the vomiting stops then start slowly with soda crackers and dry toast and then work up from there with your diet. For the runny nose use Benadryl aka diphenhydramine or claritin aka loratidine. Leave the fever alone as that is your bodies natural way of trying to fight off what is wrong with you. If you have aches and pains you can try taking pain meds. Stay warm and get lots of rest.

sounds like the flu to me. you can lessen your symptoms by using Zicam nasal swabs, the zicam is a zinc based homeopathic formulation that fights the replication of viruses. If you are vomiting, let your stomach rest for 8 hours at least following the last time you vomited, then for another 8 hours take only clear liquids, lots of them. STAY HOME, don't spread your infection to others. The flu takes anywhere from two to three weeks to pass. Take tylenol for fever and aches. (after you have rested your stomach) Keep washing your hands and keep washing the surfaces in your home that you have touched so you don't reinfect yourself, yes this is possible.

It sounds like you may have the flu. Go get some tylenol flu take it as directed. Get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluid to keep from getting dehydrated.

I think you probably have the flu so just stay in bed and watch tv. Take medication and stay hydrated.
