I Have Been With My Boyfriend For 1 Year 10 Months And 5 Days And When We Hit About The 1 Year Mark He Asked Me If I Would Marry Him Of Course I Said Yes Because Im In Love Wit Him..So If Your In Love My Advice Would Be Go Fro It But If Your Not Sure I Would Say Yes But Dont Get Married Right Away..Best Of Luck To You..

That would depend on whether I wanted to spend my life with him or not! I was with my ex for 4 years and when he asked me to marry him, I said no. My current bf and I have been together for just under 18 months and if he asked me, I would say yes. It has more to do with your love and commitment towards the person than with how long you've dated.

That depends on you. Do you love him and want to spend the rest of your life with him? THEN SAY YES!!!!
If my current boyfriend had asked then, I probably would have said yes. But we decided together to wait at least two years... We're coming up on three in January, and we're still not ready to get married yet.

that is different for everybody. i knew i was going to marry my husband a couple of days after we started dating and we actually got married 14 months later. but other people need years to decide if they should marry the person they are with. i believe that if it is the right person you will know without a doubt when they ask you, no hesitation no uncertainty. and if you don't "know" then it isn't right.

It is not about the length of time you have been together but how you feel. I was with my now fiancee like 16 months when he proposed on New Years and of course I said yes. Only because I knew I loved him, wanted to be with him and couldn't see myself with anyone else. Yahoo can't choose your future for you.

Well, why are you asking this questions? Are you unsure about your feelings for him? Do you still have feelings for someone else? Do you feel that getting married will hold up your career? Because if you answer yes to one of those questions you may want to wait it out...if not go ahead, but just remember, if you do not feel right about something especially when it comes to marriage do not do it...Marriage is something very serious...trust me i know, i am happily married.

i cant answer for you, but i can tell by you asking this question that you are not sure.... ask him for time if that is what you need, maybe its too soon for you. This is the biggest decision you are going to make, so really think about it and ask yourself "is this the guy that i want to marry?"

If we were in love and I knew that we had a great relationship, I got along good with the family and we could see ourselves together the rest of our lives, yes, why not.
