Name of Flagship for 2nd fleet (Atlantic) in the years 1960 to 1970?

My brother served on this Flagship and I cannot remember its name....thanks for any help. If there is more than one, please give both. He was assigned to this ship in 1962. So early 60's.

In 1962, the 2nd Fleet flagship was the USS Newport News

Could have been the USS Little Rock

If it was a carrier, it would have probably been the Enterprise
