I have been paying on a fine for awhile now in Pennsylvania. My sentence is maxed out and I am no longer on probation or parole. I thought that I had read somewhere that there is caselaw that says I can have the remaining fines dismissed now. I have been unable to find anything about it though. Any one know of any case law that supports this? Best answer will be awarded.

Fines do not get dismissed. You will probably have a bench warrant issued if you do not continue to pay on the fines.
