some criminals suffer from this illness or others ... i know that many people in good positions maybe sociopath . do you think a person with mental illness will be pushed to do evil things even if she is a "good" person?

Not necessarily.
Being evil or good is a moral choice.
Being borderline or having a full-fledged personality disorder is a matter of mental health, not of morality.
The two are not necessarily related.

No, borderline personality disorder is the symptom of someone who has usually been pretty severely abused from a young age. They are people in a great deal of emotional pain, often with poor impulse control, which can lead to them lashing out at those around them.

And many borderlines, with treatment, can become well-functioning members of society. They are NOT inherently evil, although they do have a lot of problems and can be difficult to treat.

It takes someone LISTENING TO the devil and carrying out
what he says to be evil.

We can turn our thoughts away from what he is saying and focus on a prayer.
