Usually this sympton occur when the TV is used for a few years and caused by bad solder on PCB called dry joint.Sometimes it is easy to see with normal eye but you will probably need magnifying glass to find dry joint. If you have a soldering iron you can re-solder yourself. I have done on my old sony TV and still good.
