i believe scripture tells us to love more than anything... avoiding war with one another at all costs- God does not ask me to kill the enemy for Him... He's perfectly capable of dealing with evil Himself, if need be!

(Matthew 5:43-48)

43"You have heard that it was said, YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR and hate your enemy.'

44"But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

45 so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

46"For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?

47"If you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same?

48"Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

... and in response to "preys jesus" down there about your Luke 19 reference- that wasn't Jesus speaking... that was Him telling a parable about a king... the king in the parable was speaking, and he was referring to those who said that they followed him but squandered their gifts that God gave them (!)... know your references before you start using them for personal advancement!

The only way I would kill an enemy would be if I myself and my children or others if they would need protection in dire situations, like kill or be killed. No, I would not kill any enemy for my religion or for God, He said vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord. The Father does not require us to kill for any religion. The Koran teaches to kill the infidels, us and anyone else they consider to be infidels. I have read about half of this book and so far every page teaches not to have anything to do with the Christians or the Jewish religion and not to befriend any others that are not Muslims. I hope they believe a little differently sense most are a peace loving people as of now.

The God of the Bible does not ask Christians to kill the enemy. In fact, Jesus commands us to love our enemy.
It is the god of Islam/Mohammad according to the koran that calls his people to kill the enemy.

Why sure. The enemy needs the Lord too. So as his servant I am to take the gospel to them so that they too will become saved. That to me would be slaying the enemy.

No. I don't consider murder to be true and upright. If God asked me to kill the enemy, I would decline and believe that it was not a message from God.

thr is no human enemy
so i cannot kill them

the enemy is satan and other demons, which only God and His angels can deal with

if they donot follow Jesus, I would rather give them the chance to get to kno Him and repent so that they could go to heaven instead of hell.

the tough desision comes when its their life or several other peoples life

to "Soul Shaper": wat about when God told Abraham to kill his son Issac? of corse it was a test but still if u kno its from God then you should obey.

No.
BUT I would die for God.

Satan is put out of my thoughts. That is how I kill him.

(is that the enemy?)

Jesus tells us:

"But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me." (Luke 19:27.

It seems according to the bible that it is our duty as Christians to kill non-believers. However our atheistic goverment forbids us from actually following Christianity as Jesus truly commands so we cannot.

I'm not really prepared to kill anything.
Well, except maybe this pesky fly hanging around my desk.
