Does the belief in Jesus, peace be upon him, as a ‘son of God’ really make sense?

What exactly does 'son of God' mean?

Can true salvation from God, be the punishment of someone else who is innocent from any of these crimes, to be punished as though he were guilty?

Does God need someone to suffer severe punishment, even though they are trying, day after day.

Did Jesus, peace be upon him, tell the people to take him as a god, or to worship him?

Surah 39:53 “Say: ‘Oh my servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins, for he is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful’.”

Also: Surah 4:110
“If anyone does evil or wrongs his own soul but afterwards seeks Allah’s forgiveness, he will find Allah Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

Surah 2:21
“O you people! Adore your Guardian lord, who created you and those who came before you that you may become righteous.”

Surah 58:22
“You will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written faith in their hearts and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to well therein (forever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity.”

First of all, Jesus wasn't made of dirt, however, he was born of a woman, a woman who was his mother. He probably had her eyes, or her chin, etc. However, there was other genetic code there, genetic code created by God to create his Son.

However, Jesus isn't the Son of God because of how he was born. Jesus could have come into this world in any way of God's choosing. God chose to bring his Son into this world through the virgin Mary.

Jesus existed before he entered the world through Mary. It is fact that Jesus is God's Son. If Jesus' earthly body was created from soil, was coughed up by a whale, or crashed to earth on a comet, that fact would still be the same. God SENT us his Son. He CHOSE Mary to bring him into the world.

I do think. You must also. God loves the fact that you try to serve him, but until you accept his Son, Jesus Christ, as your Lord and Savior, and put him on in baptism, you are lost in your sin. Please repent and come to Jesus.

You're confused, but I grant it because you're muslim.
Read the bibble and the new testament, and you'll see that it makes more sense than the Quaran, in fact if you believe in Islam, you workship the devil.

A bad tree can't make good fruit, and that is exactly what Muhamad was; a bad tree.

I have thought for over 37 yrs. & I still know that Jesus Christ was the Son of God. Jesus himself said, I do nothing unless my father shows me, Jesus also said I have came in my fathers name, & on That cross Jesus bored the sins of the whole world on him to a point where he cried out Father why have thy forsaken me, Now Concerning the birth of Chirst, an angel of God told Mary that she will concieve a child & his name will be Called Jesus, & an angel of God also came & told Joesph fear not to take to thee Mary thy wife for she is concived of the Holy Ghost. So now who needs to think. Not Me.

I see two questions here 1....."Why the christian say the Jesus Christ is son of god?" That is what we believe and that is what our bible tells us

2 "do you think the god is male and saint marry is god's wife."
Yes I believe God is male, but I do not believe Mary to be His wife.

God needed to redeem us with a perfect Holy person. He chose to do this with himself through the virgin Mary. Jesus was totally man and God. A perfect sacrifice for our sins.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved.

Christians believe that Jesus never had a human father -- the Angel Gabriel came to his mother, Mary, and told her that she'd have a son -- and no, it wasn't Joseph who'd be the father.

Ummm.... jesus is the son of god because thats what it says in the bible. I'm Atheist and even I know that.

I doesn't matter what the quran says about it because the quran is not the bible and the quran is not the basis for christianity while the bible is.

Think about it.
