I'm a #24 fan since he started, but I like all the drivers that race for the cup, it's good to see Mears win in Indy but was pulling for Jeff. You pick your team/driver and stay with him, but always feel good for who ever wins a race. #3 saw alot in Jeff when he started racing and Dale SR. knew that he would go far in the sport, Jeff has said that SR was a mentor for him at the start of his career and it shows.

Well if anyone is a true racing fan they will watch the race regardless of who might end up with the Cup. Face it, Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson have had the best seasons so far, thats why they are atop the points standings. Watch the race and support your favorite driver!

There are still 5 more checkered flags to fly over the next 5 weeks, and there are 43 guys who are hungry to get a win added to their name.

I have one more race I am watching and that is this weekends at Martinsville and then I am done.
I don't believe in this chase ending to the season no matter who is or isn't going to win and I don't really care for the tracks that remain on the schedule.
How Homestead is even on there schedule just amazes me let alone have it be the season ending race track. I just don't get it.
I guess I shouldn't say it will be my last race it will be the last one that I will stay home from hunting or fishing to watch. If we get bad weather I may watch one of the other ones but at this moment I am hopping for good hunting weather.

Yes. I am a race fan and I enjoy watching races.

I'm not a big fan of "Tell 'im who's in the #24" Gordon, even less of "Has anybody seen my personality?" Johnson. Still I can hope one of 'my' drivers will win the race, even if they can't get the Cup.

Absolutely!!! Even if my favorite driver doesn't win, (and he often doesn't), I watch the race for the entertainment value, not to pout if my fave doesn't win. As much as i am NOT a Gordon fan, even I have to admit that he has had a phenomenal season.

I'll watch it just to see how Jr does, if Jeff or Jimmie are going to be champion, the remote will be going between football and the race.. I'm hoping for someone else to be crowned champ in homestead. hopefully Bowyer, Edwards, Burton, I'd rather Smoke win than Jimmie or Jeff.. I want the TV guys to cry if Jeff or Jimmie doesn't win.

Jimmie is my guy so hell yeah...and I'd watch regardless of who won because I am a Nascar fan through and through. Anyone who says differently is NOT a true race car fan.

Sounds like you guys are the punks. What a bunch of cry babies.

If you can't see that those two are the best in NASCAR now and respect them for that I don't know why you guys even watch. Its easy to see you are not real NASCAR fans.

I'll watch it just hoping that Jimmie blows an engine the first lap. Plus, even if Tony can't win the cup, maybe he could win the race!

I will watch the last races either way, it doesn't matter to me. I still have to watch David Reutimann.
