No, all creatures are God's creation. That doesn't stop Satan from bending them to his will though. Satan will use any and all tricks and lies against us in any way he can.

The Dragonfly of the infra order Ansoptera, though somewhat frightening, does not normally bite humans. They will bite you if you grab them by the abdomen. The females usually lay their eggs around water, such as lakes ,ponds or streams.
The dragonfly is one of God's creations, not Satan.
The Good Lord didn't create anything without a purpose, but mosquitoes come close.
