I think what would be better, would be; Without Religion and Race? without religion we would all be free to find our own path to personal enlightenment and without race we would all be human beings with just different cultures. I think race and culture are two different things, if race was taken out of the equation, we would all be one, singing the one song!

The world would be a better place if each person would keep his belief to himself.

Everyone is entitled to believe what he wants and to worship if he chooses to. It is such a personal thing that it amazes me that each person thinks his is the "only and the best" belief-and thinks is perfectly OK to criticize and condemn everyone who doesn't think the same way or believe the same way.

That's what starts wars.....

It really is nobody's business what you believe...it it YOUR choice and YOUR lifestyle and your credo.

As for race; when the civilized world accepts the fact that we live on a huge planet, with billions of people from diverse cultures, beliefs and races, that each person is a unique individual - and none is better or worse than the other, racism will end.

Fear and ignorance are the basis for racism....education can change that.

Yes it would be a much better place without hate. If everyone loved each other and respected those around them, the world would be much better. Its sad that everyone has to constantly watch their backs, because they never know hat is going to happen.

Hate equals war and war is fuelled by self-interest. The clever use the ignorance of the majority, whilst many use their religion as their excuse. If everyone used the teachings of the books (Torah, Bible and Quran) to guide them, there would be more love and less hatred. Oh! for an ideal world!

Yes...and no. Religion itself has been corrupted over the centuries, used for fear and domination. Jesus Christ called us to serve, not to dominate. I don't believe in religion anymore, I believe in Christ. As long as He's still in control, which He is, then I'll be fine. It's people that are the problem, their greed and sinful nature, not God.

Yes. We should all join the Landover Baptist Church and then we would have nothing to argue about. We even have special sections for the dark colored ones as well as the towel headed ones (if they ever show) and then another section for the ones with slanted eyes.

Eliminating racial boundaries has long been held as an effective way to reduce or eliminate racism. It is a shame that this can't happen with religion.
