For the most part, either he or she will be attracted to you or not. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One person's dog is another person's babe. It all depends on what a particular person is looking for as for as appearances are concerned.
That being said, if you want to increase your chances of attracting someone or to look at you as potential dating and relationship material, you need to work on your appearance. Maybe experiment with a particular hairstyle and nice clothing. Work on you mannerisms. Work on your social skills as well. What do you have going in your life that would make someone want to be a part of it? Another thing you need to do is figure out what kind of man/woman you want and ask yourself what will it take to get them. Unless you are willing to work at it, you will never find anyone in your life.
Also keep in mind that rejections happen to all of us. ALL OF US. In that regard, you would be no different than a movie star. They suffer that too. If you get rejected, then keep your head up. One should never be devastated by a rejection unless the last person on earth turns you down.

Animals in the wild mark their territory by urinating on them. I suggest you find a desireable person to mate with and mark your territory. Once you mark your territory its all yours!
