If he is only one year younger than you are, then it is perfectly OK to date each other as long as you are both of consenting age in the state/country you both live in. Some women usually don't like to date a man younger than they are. It could be either for maturity or social reasons why that is. Those traditions should have been done away with long time ago.
As long as you are not old enough to be his mother, than you two should be fine to date. Now you need to ask yourself if he is a keeper for the man he is.

An ageless question that has troubled many down the centuries! Wouldn't it be nice if we were all "ageless" & only judged on our merits? The answer to your question is simple. If you're both happy then go for it. We all get too few chances at real happiness in life & age simply isn't an issue worth considering, especailly as close as this. If your friends/family are giving you a hard time then it's unreasonable on their part. Maybe there's a bit of jealousy at work?

He grow to be astounding, a million 365 days isn't a huge deal, i'm 2 years older than my husband of 32 yrs (of marriage) it certainly grow to be humorous, the youngsters found out i grow to be older and that they might say, mom, are you older than Dad and that i might answer, confident, yet he's taller.. they might flow, ok. And wager what, he now seems approximately 5 years older than me.. Time catches up in a feeling.

Yeah,it doesnt matter. i mean now a days there are alot of women who dae younger guys than them.i think that younger guys are more attractive but i date a guy whos 1 yr older.hun dont sweat it.its fine.ur okay

Its only 1 yr difference thats nothing. If you were 50 and he was 20 then maybe you would have to think about it. My wife is 4yrs younger than me and things are just fine. Go for it if he likes you to.

Age doesn't really matter it is just a number,besides its only a year difference.The most important thing should be your happiness and satisfaction.I say go for it don't let age stand on your way of happiness who knows this may be you only true love.

i know lost of people doing this sometimes up to 5-10 years and it still works.... my brother has been with a chick 12 years older than him for 16 years now
