I haven't seen this person for ages and I often have dreams that I am getting really near to him but wake up before I reach him. Then a couple of days ago I dreamt I actually was with him and then I saw him in the street in real life.
Is that weird?

Sounds like you were once closer, but have drifted apart and it is on your mind...I get a feeling of "distance" from your description of being unable to reach him before the dream ends....that you saw him on the street in your waking life sounds like a coincidence. That you saw him in your waking life also indicates he lives in the area, yet you are not in contact with him, or he is not in contact with you, again offering an impression of emotional distance...

Was this person some one you were in a relationship with? Or wanted to be? These are probably release dreams. They are when your running from something or never can reach what your trying to get to. It's very literal usually. So you long to see this person, you never get to in life because of what ever, you don't know where he is, what ever the reason. In your dreams it would be no different. Your subconscious mind will keep bringing this up to you this way until you deal with the feelings you have revolving around him. Missing him? Wanting to talk to him? What ever that is it is for you to know and figure out.
As far as finally being able to be with him, I think it means you started to figure out what your dreams want you to be aware of. Now that you have seen him see how that changes the dream.
Dreams are very important. It's your body and minds way of helping you heal yourself while you sleep. I always new dreams were important but didn't realize how much until I read this book ' The Dream Bible' by Sylvia Brown. I think everyone who ever had a dream should read it. It will help you learn what your dreams mean, the difference between the four different types and how to change your dreams.

It's not really werid could be coincidence could bee those lost psychic abilities kicking in. Happens to everyone every once a while. Things like that happen to me about once a month or more. It's something speical but about the dreams maybe you miss him a lot? are you close? do you like him a lot? maybe you should try to have contact with him more.

It's weird, in a good way. And more common than you think. It's called Deja Vu. And happens to most everyone on occasion. I think it's really cool when it happens. Enjoy it!

WELL YOU WNT THIS PERSON SO BADLY, BUT YOUR AFRAID, THATS WHY YOU KEEP ALMOST REACHING HIM. AND THEN YOU FELT YOU WNTED HIM COMPLETELY, SO YOU ACTUALLY WERE WITH HIM.

AND JUST SEEING HIM I THINK WAS A COINCIDENCE.
BUT I HOPE I HELPED!
