I got a set of twins ( Boys ) who are 14 months old. My concern is that I want them to add more weight. They are healthy and okay but I still need them to add a little weight. Can someone adviceme on the type of diet that will make them add weight. Right now their favourite diet is custard and milk.

Don't feed your boys custard and milk, as it is not a meal, it is a dessert. Eating poorly is a common cause of malnutrition, especially in very young children. Feed them a healthy, balanced diet that includes all four food groups in proper portions. Include only twenty or so ounces of milk/day (per child) and no more than four ounces of juice. Give them water regularly and make sure to offer some food every three to four hours.
Please talk to your pediatrician and ask for nutritional guidelines.

Why do you want to 'add weight'? i wouldn't even consider it unless your Doctor advises you they need to- in which case she/he could advise you on how to do so. If the Doc is not concerned and says they're healthy, let it be.

At this age, they should be eating almost everything that you eat. Cut back on the milk. They are little boys, not babies. You may also want to consider vitamins.

if the twins r healthy why do u want them to gain wait try to put in ur question a bit more desciption on why u want to make them fatter!

Just keep feeding them normally. When they move to solid foods, you will be amazed at their growth. I am a twin also, so I know.
