That means that you need to come up with very creative inexpensive dates or you will not be able to go out. Try a picnic, a free outdoor concert, a coffeeshop, or something similar.

If you have tight budget, its even easier for you to lose weight because, whatever you want to do, you want to do it in a particular manner, which is not really too expensive. What you can do is, you can take 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals. But try to eat healthy, try to cut down on your calories as much as you can. Include carrots, strawberries and bananas in those little meals. No soda, no beer, no juices, ....you can drink water or low fat milk. Jog atleast 3 times a week and work out at home. There are so many exercises that you can do, with just a little 20 dollar belt, you can have a lot of exercises done With all this, you need determination, commitment and a lot of hard work. If you follow all these exercises and if you dont lose weight in 2 weeks. You get a full refund of my advice ;-)

Not really. Just as long as you find a person who understands your money problems and is ok with dating "cheap".

Dont go out and make a baby right now! If you are that broke thats the last thing you need to do.

No, you should not. Having money on you and not spending it on your date is a different story. But when asked to do a specific task where you have to mention 'Sorry Hon, I am not having enough cash on me' would be embarrasing situation.
I would strongly suggest you to apply for a credit card.

it means you need to make friend with both of your hands cause some girls want you to pay for everything. if you need cash badly you can do many things here are a few ideas
1. hitman
2. drugs
3. prostitute yourself
4. donate sperm or blood or plasma
5. get another job ( dont recommend cause you end up working for peanuts
6. identity theft someone lol j/k
