See what happens when someone asks a simple question about Jesus. They all give you different answers from their Bibles. They have no idea who Jesus is.Jesus has been appearing to people over many years, and he makes it quite clear that he is God.He refers to Mary as the mother of God. Mary has also appeared over the last one thousand years, most recently at Medjugorje. Her messages are very clear. She is appearing to the seers to tell the world of the urgency to return to the ways of God. If people refuse to stop offending God, there will be a chastisement for the sins of the world. The punishment is inevitable because we cannot expect the conversion of the entire world. The chastisement can be mitigated by prayer and penance. It cannot be suppressed. An evil which threatened the world had been eliminated through prayer and fasting For that reason the Blessed Virgin Mary continues to ask for prayer and fasting. These apparitions have been well recorded, documented, authenticated, and thoroughly investigated.Your Bibles are redundant.See how you are offending God with all your incorrect answers of who he is ? There are three divine persons in the one God :the Father, the Son,and The Holy Spirit. Each person is fully God.The Holy Trinity and Mary
appeared to .Lucy of Fatima in 1929 .When Jesus was on Earth.,He was fully man and fully God. He kept his Devine nature in the background so he could only use his human nature ,like everyone else.
EDIT...Is it true that the New World Translation (1950,the Jehovah's Witnesses Bible) should be avoided because it is corrupt, being a sectarian paraphrase rather than a true translation of the Holy Scriptures ?

There are many places that Jesus Christ equates Himself as part of the Trinity of God. This is the main reason the Jews hung Jesus on the cross, for they considered His claim as blasphame or heresy.
Take John 10:30, for example, where Jesus says, "I and the Father are one."
The high priest asked Jesus in Math. 26:63, "...I adjure You by the living God, that You tell us whether You are the Christ, the Son of God." And, Jesus replied in Math. 26:64, "...You have said it yourself; nevertheless, I tell you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven."
In Revelation, John sees the glorified Chist, who speaks in Rev. 1:17,18 identifting Himself as God the Father has, "...I am the first and the last, and the living One...I have the keys of death and of Hades..."
Christ also fulfilles many prophecies from Isaiah to His own.
There are lots more references, but my answer would be the whole New Testament. Perhaps you should read it again.

Christians believe in God because God is the Christ .
John 1:1-2
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.
Act 2:22
Men of Israel, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.
Phil 2:10
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father

Jesus is one of the people who are responsible for all brainwashed religious people you see these days. You really believe that there was a guy who could perform miracles, who died for our sins, who was the son of god. died for us, was then taken back by his father who is apprently very selfish because you give your son to the world only to take him to heaven in 2 days, "IT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE MUCH OF A SACRAFICE TO ME". WOW...things you could get people to believe!! you really think there is a big bearded white man on the clouds who watches everything you do, who is also very interested in your sex life!! who will burn you if you do bad and reward you if you do good. he will set traps for you just to see if you would fall for it. he will allow evil in the world eventhough he could prevent it. Get real you people, take responsibility for your actions, you lost your job because you didn't perform well, you uncle died because he smoked his lungs out, we have seasons on earth because of the tip on the earth axis, the lottery you won last week was not gods actions, you simply just got 5 numbers correctly. Trust me, the reason why you have a good life, and the people in Africa who die of hunger and disease is not because GOD loves you more, its becuase of the economic prosperity we have reached and a hard working men and women before us that layed the foundation of this success. dont be brainwashed, stop being dilluted. ask your self why do I believe in something that has no slight evidence, the whole religion system is based on tall tales.

Jesus is indeed not God.
God's name is Jehovah.
A name found over seven thousand times in the manuscripts, but only a few times in the popular Bibles.
Jesus was instrumental in the creation of all other things though. That is found in the Bible.
Jesus commands no worship. Jehovah does. That is shown in the Bible also.

How can Jesus be God and the Son of God at the same time? A John 10:36, Jesus called himself God's Son, not God himself. At John 17:3, Jesus called his Father, Jehovah, the ONLY true God.
If Jesus were God, why would he tell his followers to pray to his Father? (Matt. 6:9) Why not just pray to Jesus if he were God?
If Jesus were God, why would he say that salvation depended on doing his Father's will? Why not do Jesus' will if he were God? (Matt. 7:21)
If Jesus were God, why would he say that it was the Father who was looking for true worshipers to worship him? (John 4:23)
John 3:17 calls Jesus God's only-begotten Son. That is not a general term. That is very specific. It means that God directly begot or gave life to Jesus. All other sons, both spirit and fleshly were created by God thru Jesus, who Col. 1:15 calls the "firstborn of every creature."
Jesus never claimed to be God. At John 20:17, he told Mary that the two of them worshiped the same God. He said: "I am ascending to my God AND your God.
Jesus' share in the creative works did not make him a co-Creator with his Father. The power for creation came from God through his holy spirit, or active force. (Ge 1:2; Ps 33:6) And since Jehovah is the Source of all life, all animate creation, visible and invisible, owes its life to him. (Ps 36:9) Rather than a co-Creator, then, the Son was the agent or instrumentality through whom Jehovah, the Creator, worked. Jesus himself credited God with the creation, as do all the Scriptures. Mt 19:4-6.
The confusion about Jesus and God can be attributed to the lack of Bible understanding and the confusing and unscriptural trinity doctrine.
oldguy63 says that Jesus is called God at Heb. 1:8. Is that correct? No. Consider:
The Revised Standard Version reads: “Of the Son he says, ‘Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever.’” However, NW reads: “But with reference to the Son: ‘God is your throne forever and ever.’”
Which rendering is harmonious with the context? The preceding verses say that God is speaking, not that he is being addressed; and the following verse uses the expression “God, thy God,” showing that the one addressed is not the Most High God but is a worshiper of that God.

Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power.

First let me say that mark185 is wrong, the Jews did not kill Christ the Romans did.
Now about your rant. I am Jewish and do not believe that Jesus is the messiah. However, as an American I will fight to the death to allow a Christian to believe what he or she wants to believe. That goes for any religion or even atheism. What I won't fight for is someone who does not even realize that he is insulting people for no good reason.

God reserves to Himself certain unique attributes, ttitles and glory that no one can lay claim to without being a blasphemer - unless the person is indeed God in nature. And the Holy Spirit attributes such to Christ, and not to any other.
See http://peacebyjesus.witnesstoday.org/DEITYofCHRIST.html
Thus the Lord Jesus was hunted down by the blind Pharisees who accused Him "thou, being a man, makest thyself God" (Jn. 10:33), And indeed He did, and in the explanation that follows, He reveals to them that if Israel's judges of old were called "gods" (Ps. 82:6) as they ocupied the postion of such, how much more Jesus was worthy of such a title, as He was by nature God, being the unique (Jn. 5:18) Son of God.
Thomas was not as blind as the Pharisees, and so-called "Jehovah"s Witnesses*" as being confronted with his unbelief he said to Jesus, "My Lord and my God" (Jn. 20:28).
(Rom 10:9) "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
(Rom 10:13) "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (cf. Joel 2:32: "And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered..").
