Didn't it come with styrofoam or anything like that?

I am very glad that you are so dedicated to the care of your PS3. If it doesn't have styrofoam or bubblewrap or anything like that, the only place I can imagine you'd be able to buy some is at a post office.

If I was you I would pack it in the box it came with then put it in a backpack and then put it in a suitcase and make sure it has got that extra bit of packaging round it just to make sure it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Good Luck with your move and I hope your PS3 isn't damaged when you come to unpack it.

I am also so glad to see someone taking care of the game consoles

I was packing fragile electronics like this:
Good hard plastic box in hard suitcase + a lot of bubble wrap.
Have a nice trip! :-)

if i were you, i'd bring it with me on the plane as my hand carry. then again, its only a few hundred bucks worth. just pack it in its original packing, and it should be fine, as long as you mark it fragile and include it with the china and glassware (this side up!).
