It's absolutely possible for dogs to be allergic to specific kinds of meat products. There are dogs that are allergic to chicken, to veal, to beef, even to lamb, or any combination thereof.
What food was your dog on when she was diagnosed? What meats did that food include?
I'm asking because if your dog is allergic only to some meat products, there is no reason why you cannot feet kibbles that have other meats in them. A common choice for dogs with food allergies is Lamb and Rice food - however, *some* dogs are allergic to lamb. So getting to the cause is most important.
My biggest piece of advice is to get the heck away from Eukanuba, Science Diet, Iams, and any of those other crap brands. They may come with a big expensive price tag and even recommendations from your vet, but they are terrible foods that are full of unnecessary and unhealthy things ... fillers like corn and wheat, food coloring, unnamed meat meals, and byproducts.
There are better quality foods out there for the same price than what you are feeding now. The Dog Food Project (www.dogfoodproject.com) can help you learn more about what to avoid and how to find a quality food. Some decent foods you can get at the pet store are Blue Buffalo, Royal Canin and Natural Balance. If you have a specialty store, they often carry much better brands such as Canidae, Innova Evo, Solid Gold, Merrick's, etc. Most of those are the same price or cheaper than the Eukanuba you're feeding now and much higher quality.

I hope this is a serious question because I will answer it seriously. I lived in Asia for a good chunk of my life, and am aware that this is a cultural thing, therefore I will not judge you. I have eaten dog and horse. Dog is really quite disgusting and actually tastes the way wet dog smells, and horse is just like eating a hunk of muscle. Anyway, when you are allergic to dogs, you are allergic to their dander, and not the dog itself. It's like flakes of skin on the dog. Pet dander. The dog you eat will have no fur, and will not have dander so you won't be allergic.

Try lamb and rice foods. My moms dog is allergic to meat too and that is what the vet said to put her on and she has done fine ever since.

Are you sure your dog is allergic to ALL meat products?
Lamb and rice may be cheaper in different brand names and is known to be a hypoallergic to dogs with a sensitivity to other foods.
Or it just may be cheaper making extra rice up and buying fish or can tuna and making your own brand of dog food!
Probably a lot healthier,.. no additives and fresh too.
