Well I can think of 2 things you might try.
1. Take you a pain of hot soapy water and wash the area with that and then rinse it off and let the mattress dry then spray disinfected of some kind.
2. You could get this product called Urine be gone that is good on stuff like that.
After you did #1 open up your bedroom and let it air out hopefully that will get the odor out of the room and also out of the mattress I wish you luck

Use fabreeze. It is very good at taking smells away. Just soak the spot and let it air dry.
If this does not work you might need to buy a new mattress. Especially since animals have a better sense of smell than humans and he might be inclined to repeat his action, even after you treat and get rid of the smell.

A wet washcloth, a bar of soap. Rub the soap heavily on the washcloth and work it into the mattress really well. Scrub for longer than you think you need to.
Rinse out the washcloth and wring it almost dry, then start lifting out the soap from the spot. Rinse the cloth several times. Pat dry with a towel (even sit on it and get up, move the towel, sit on it, etc.) to get most of the moisture out, then let it air dry the rest of the way.
This has worked about the best for me.

Clean it extra , extra hard. Next , spary perfume or air freshener all over it . I believe it will do the trick. to prevent it from happening again, keep your cat in your garden if you have one garden. If not , just make sure you potty train it .
