Well I would definately visit those loved ones I have that are lost...when people can see you look in the face of death without being afraid it can be really a powerful witnessing tool for Christ......I'd scuba dive the great barrier reef sharks and all and then I would also skydive since I've always wanted too

I would account for every minute in those six days by spending time living the life that I never got the chance to live by making everyone who I know who has touched my mind and heart by giving them a small piece to remember me by. To let them know that they are loved and cared for even if its only one person in this world.....me.

Will be quite embarassing.
Having to check out at the entrance at the graveyards as the "Has been" wasting time in just coming and passing-by .

I'd marry my fiance. If it wasn't fatal... I'd get a crap load of life insurance and write out my will.
It would go to Holloywood and universal Studios with my neices and nephews and clubbing with my sisters.
I would take my dad to where my mom's ashes are scattered and we would just sit there in silence. I'd tell him how much I love him and let him know I'd be seeing mom again soon.
I'd have a big party so no one feels bad.

I agree with Pathofreason. If I had only six days to live, I'd visit his family and have lots of sex with his girlfriend, too.
