Well, God doesn't answer people unless they believe in him. If they do, they then express what they think God said. Unfortunately, this is exactly the same as a non believer having an opinion but the religious people think they have a special opinion which is better than the non believer or other believers who believe something different. Its all very sad

And this Qur'an is not such that could be produced by anyone other than God. On the contrary, it fulfils that revelation which is before it and is an exposition of the perfect Law. There is no doubt about it that it is from the Lord of all the worlds.

when you pray sincerely and you feel a leading in a certain direction its probably God...not always because the devil tries to use our prayers against us to mislead us and take us down the wrong path thinking that a thing is our answered prayer...you have to pray about it , and get confirmations to be sure it comig from the right place.....after awhile you'll get better and better about discerning
