First of all he is younger than me,,
Secondly, he lives in another country, but he is one of my relatives
and I find it really difficult to go and tell him that I really feel something special for him.
I'm afraid of his reaction.!

Simply tell him what you feel but be ready for the consequences..be ready for his answers..it's better for you to tell what you are feeling than keeping it..it'll hurt you more..you'll feel like you're going to explode ..=)

why should being a girl stop you ---- let him know how you feel --- you may find he feels the same but is afraid to say in case you reject him --- best wishes
