I mean seriously, I don't go around asking if someone wears boxers, briefs, thongs or nothing at all. It's really none of my business; nor is it the business of anyone what LDS/Mormons choose to wear for underwear. To them it's sacret, why can't people just leave it alone?

That should read "sacred" not "sacret."

Some people say that undergarments won't get you into heaven, and while I agree with that statement, why don't you go around bashing other religions that wear religious clothing? Why can't you just let it go? It's rude to make fun of something that is sacred to someone else, even if you think it's silly!

Chosen one: so far you seem to be the only one to have a legitimate argument against the garments :) Sorry it didn't work out for you :(

I used to be married to a Mormon. With their beliefs having gotten stuck in the Old Testament where it says "Go ye forth and multiply" it's the reason I am no longer married to this ______. She wasn't just satisfied with a husband she wanted all the fixin's too on the side and SEX. The more children the merrier, so why do you think they would even bother with WEARING underwear the way they promote sex in their religion ? This cult is like the Apis bull cult was in Egypt. Sex was part "of" it.

People should just look at them as how some muslims wear different clothing over their clothes. Temple endowed mormons wear these under their clothes. They are considered sacred clothing and they have their various meanings and purposes, but a lot of it has to do with having a constant reminder of vows and covenants you have made with God. Thruout history sacred clothing has been a part of many cultures. It may seem weird to some because it isnt used in a lot of western cultures anymore, but it really isnt that odd if you look at the history of the worlds cultures and religions.
Would you point laugh or mock a muslim woman for wearing a headdress or a jewish boy for wearing that little hat they sometimes wear? Why do people find it ok to mock what other people consider sacred or part of their religious beliefs? Get over yourselves if you think your beliefs seem any less weird to people that dont believe like you.

there are various many guy or woman very own memories of such. I even have heard some, yet there is not any longer something written or scripture. i think of it would be an extremely very own remember , very like very own revelation. yet truly, God facilitates the committed of any faith, tongue, shade, or creed. i do no longer possibly think of the garment (symbolic of the animal pores and skin outfits the Lord placed on Adam and Eve) could be too helpful to every person that became into doing something they must no longer do. Mine are a relentless reminder to me of the Covenants I even have made with the Lord. no longer magical, in simple terms sacred and private.

Lol. Perhaps it is just my ignorance that I find that funny. I can't give you an answer, because I have never heard of the "magical" underpants, or why underpants would have any religious value, for that matter.

Thanks. I agree. I just don't understand why people started calling them "magic" although I can certainly see why some people don't understand them.
