if I'm not mistaken all the Old Missile silos have been sold.

What few Ducks were left have also been sold.
For Current Vehicles you could check with DMRO
Here's the site

You can buy the old underground living and command quarters but the missile silo itself had to be filled in with dirt and the top sealed shut as part of the nuclear disarmament treaty with the USSR.

There are a number of places that specialize in military vehicles, both old US equipment and stuff from Europe. Just do a google for military vehicles.

The old decommissioned missile bases don't belong to the government anymore. You'll have to check eBay or find something on it online elsewhere, as few people are lucky enough to have owned these underground missile facilities, let alone be willing to sell them.

As for old amphibious vehicles, that's difficult too - most are broken down for scrap or parts when no longer needed.
