Since in the Bible, sex is only for the purpose of procreation, only the 2-3 days a month the woman is ovulating. Then nothing once she's pregnant. Until you want to procreate again.

for a women it's up to the man when you are allowed to be penetrated.If it's rape then that's another story...(see sources below) for the man whenever he is told by god to go and kill the husband of the woman he wants to bang if he really needs to.
That's from your 'holy?' book and I believe that was david wasn't it...? I'd stay away from that book as a reference in this day and age....
