What I see is Border Collie-Spaniel mix. I don't see Papillon at all. Doesn't matter. It's a cute dog. All part of the fun of owning a mixed-breed, looking at it every day and wondering what, EXACTLY it might be!

It's deffinately not Papillon. I think it has some spaniel for sure based on the splotchy black marks. The head and face really resemble Aussie or Blue Heeler to me, but it could be a number of sport breeds. The ears look Retriever-ish. I don't think it has any Border Collie as they often have pointy snouts.

If that is a Papillon I will gladly eat my hat!! It actually looks more spaniel, or even Border Collie to me. It is definitely a mixed breed, so it's hard to tell you exactly what, but it is NOT a pure bred Papillon for sure.

It's not a Papillon - it looks like it has some spaniel in it, but the ears are wrong for a spaniel. It's probably a mix. It's a cute dog, though! :)

as this dog being a full blooded Papillon, no. there is a 50/50 chande that it can be half Papillon. The number one thing that you can see is that, the dog's nose is too wide to be full blooded Papillon. The best way to tell is to take the dog to the vet and there will tell you what it is.

I sure don't see any papillon there. It looks fairly large. Head looks big. I would guess a border collie/blue heeler mix.

I definitely see springer spaniel in the face. I'd say the other breed is something with short ears, maybe even a shih-tzu. Are there other pics? I'd like to see a body shot, preferably from the side in profile.
