Depending on your therapist, your treatment will be tailored to your needs.
Safety - being safe, feeling safe is always 1st.
Learning the difference between what was unsafe "then" and what is real for today and safe today.
Taking control over flashbacks and other physical / psychological symptoms -- learning to manage and avoid these.
Learning to have control over your fears and reactions calming yourself or seeking help with calming.
Learning to recognize what is genuine and normal from what is outside of normal.
Distancing yourself from your trauma.
Recognizing what "triggers" your symptoms and learning to avoid or to deal with your perceptions and feelings
Regaining your relationships, your job, your place in life.
Coming to peace with your limitations, modifying your life in minimal ways as you learn to live again.

Find a good therapist, and stick with him/her, even when it seems like you're not getting anywhere, because those are often the times you're actually making the most progress, subconciously.

Also, consult a psychiatrist (your therapist can recommend one) to see if you might be a good candidate for an anti-anxiety medication, even if only to take for sleep and/or panic attacks.
