In popular usage, the terms reverend, minister, and preacher are interchangable. I don't know which apply specifically to which demonination, or even if it is spelled out.

One fact I've always liked is that Anglicans use Reverend as an adjective, not a noun. They address people as "The Most Reverend". Kinda cool.

this applies to any one called into the ministry. Usually to those who hold credentials in a denomination.

Among others. It is the correct title for any ordained minister of any Christian faith.

All pastors can be addressed with this title, whatever their Christian denomination.
